Previously other areas on the island were difficult to reach due to the lack of road connections and public transport, areas such as Callao Salvaje, Adeje and Palm Mar. Now due to the new infrastructure of the Island, these up and coming areas are only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Playa de Las Americas. All of the mentioned areas now have amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, however the prices of properties in these areas have remained approximately 40% lower with increased higher capital growth over properties in the centre of town.

Free Accommodation
For the serious buyer, we will collect you from the airport upon arrival and take you to your accommodation, which we will arrange for you, collect you every morning for viewings of your selected properties. A portfolio of properties will be sent to you before your trip to Tenerife, you can then peruse them and decide which are of interest to you rselves and we can make the necessary appointments for viewing when you arrive. However, with our extensive knowledge and contacts on the Island we can network with other agents and act as your personal property finder to obtain the perfect property for you.
On signing of your deposit contract before returning to the UK your accommodation will be paid for by Tate Properties. If you do not decide to purchase a property while you are here, we will charge you for your accommodation but at a reduced rate.
