Tate Properties will need the following from prospective tenants to enter into a rental agreement with them:-
- Copy of present work contract or proof of earnings.
- If you are not in employment, you will need to provide some proof of savings or similar.
- Character reference or work reference
- NIE or Passport
- A minimum of 3mths must be taken on contract terms.

We will need the following information from property owners before entering into a rental agreement with us:-
- Full Infantry of property contents.
- The property must be clean and in good repair
- Two sets of Keys for the property.
- Fully equipped for rentals.
- Copy of escritura with the owners name.
- Copy of NIE and Passport.
- Copy of upto date paid Utility bills.
